ToyCam(이하 "앱")은 TNT Labs(이하 "당사")가 만들고 운영합니다. 당사는 앱을 통해 어떠한 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 계정도, 로그인도, 서버도 없습니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
없습니다. 당사는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 기기 식별자, 사용 기록 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다.
2. 기기 권한과 사용 목적
앱은 아래 권한을 요청하며, 각 권한은 명시된 목적에만 사용됩니다.
- 카메라 — 실시간 레트로 뷰파인더 표시와 촬영에만 사용됩니다. 영상 신호는 기기 안에서만 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 사진 라이브러리 — 촬영·변환한 결과물을 저장하고, 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진을 불러와 필터를 입히는 데에만 사용됩니다. 라이브러리를 임의로 읽거나 훑지 않습니다.
3. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 당사가 보관하는 사용자 데이터는 없습니다. 수집하지 않으므로 보관·파기 대상도 없습니다.
- 촬영한 사진과 영상은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다 (앱 내 보관함 및 사진 앱).
- 앱 내 보관함의 사진은 앨범 모드의 DELETE 버튼으로 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 앱 내 보관함의 데이터와 설정은 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다. 사진 앱에 저장한 사진은 사진 앱에 그대로 남으며, 사진 앱에서 직접 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
당사는 어떠한 데이터도 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음 경우는 애플이 처리합니다.
- 인앱 결제 — PRO 카트리지 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보는 애플이 취급하며, 당사는 사용자의 결제 수단이나 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 해당 처리에는 Apple 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.
5. 분석 · 광고 · 추적
앱에는 분석 도구, 광고 SDK, 추적 기술이 일절 없습니다. 사용자를 식별하거나 앱 사용 행태를 기록하지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 어떠한 정보도 활용하지 않습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 모든 연령대가 안전하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 당사는 아동을 포함한 누구에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 아동의 개인정보가 수집·이용될 여지가 없습니다.
7. 권한 철회 방법
부여한 권한은 언제든 직접 해제하실 수 있습니다.
- iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 카메라 / 사진에서 ToyCam의 권한을 끄면 됩니다.
- 카메라 권한을 해제하면 뷰파인더 기능은 사용할 수 없습니다.
8. 정책 변경 고지
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 변경된 내용을 이 페이지에 게시하고 상단의 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 중대한 변경이 있을 때에는 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 함께 알려드립니다.

ToyCam Privacy Policy
TL;DR — We collect nothing

ToyCam (the "App") is built and operated by TNT Labs ("we", "us"). We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data through the App. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers.
1. Data We Collect
None. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, device identifiers, or usage analytics. The App has no registration or sign-in.
2. Device Permissions and Their Purpose
The App requests the following permissions, each used only for the stated purpose.
- Camera — Used solely to display the live retro viewfinder and to capture photos and video. The video signal is processed entirely on your device and never leaves it.
- Photo Library — Used solely to save your captures and to import a photo you explicitly pick so a filter can be applied. We never scan or browse your library.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain no user data. Since nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to store or delete.
- Photos and videos you capture are stored only on your device (the in-app album and your Photos library).
- You can delete items from the in-app album at any time using the DELETE button in album mode.
- Deleting the App removes its in-app album data and settings from your device. Photos you saved to the Photos app remain there and can be deleted from the Photos app.
4. Third Parties
We share no data with third parties. One process is handled by Apple:
- In-App Purchase — The PRO Cartridge is purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see or have access to your payment method or details. That processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Analytics, Ads, and Tracking
The App contains no analytics, no ad SDKs, and no tracking technology. We do not identify you, do not log how you use the App, and do not use any information for advertising.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is safe for users of all ages. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children, so no child's personal information can be collected or used.
7. Withdrawing Permissions
You can revoke any permission you granted at any time.
- Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Photos and turn off access for ToyCam.
- Revoking camera access disables the viewfinder.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will also note them in the App's update notes.
